reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2010): The issue is that you two need to remove the ambiguity by being clear about the nature of your relationship. Don't be scared, tell him what it is you want out of a relationship, FWB or otherwise. Tell him what you want out of this relationship in particular,and be ready to move on if you two are not on the same page. Is he open to more? It may be that he only wants unattached sex if so, be ready to move on, if you don't it will only hurt all the more later, don't compromise yourself!
