Not sure how that happened but what I want to know is does this same thing happen to men as well where they become attracted to women they did not intially like?

What was the reason you "hated" this guy? And what are the reasons you "love" him now? (like)
There is a thing that says opposites attract. I find that to be true but it didn't work out for me, so I ignore it now.
However, I do find a guy who challenges me to be much more attractive than a passive one who'll just let me get my way all the time.
That being said, if the original reason you 'hated' the guy was b/c he pissed you off, then it makes sense you 'love' him now. Sexual tension sometimes comes off as pissing each other off. ;)

Yes, some men are attracted to women who have similar personalities to them.
And yes, sometimes you get to become attracted to someone you didn't initially like.
