The problem is that I don't know how to express my feelings for him, he is a difficult person to approach, he is a distant person. Everytime I go home after work, I say it will pass and that I will eventually forget about my lust for him but each time I see him, I start to feel this strong sexual attraction for him. I really want to tell him how I feel but I really don't know how to and I'm afraid of his reactions. Can you please give a few ideas on how can I tell this man about my feelings?

Just sex, is it?
If that is your only motivation here, I urge caution: relationships in the workplace are fraught with hazard.
If and when they go wrong, or end, you have a very awkward situation, not only between yourselves but within the company, too.
Your reputation, all the gossip and knowing looks.....
If it's much more than that and you see a future in this potential relationship, follow Gina's good advice.
You wouldn't want to let the opportunity slip by which could change your whole life - go for it.
If you do nothing, nothing will happen!
Harry.
