The reason why I am asking is because I am still in love with my ex-boyfriend and he told me he still cares for me a lot but doesn't have those feelings to take the relationship to the next level. Does anybody have any advice? Should I maintain a friendship with him? He is a wonderful person and we get along very well (common interests). He enjoys spending time with me and I do with him as well but I sometimes find it difficult because I still have feelings for him.

Funny enough that sounds like both of you are in love again. So i think by denying that he has any feelings for you ,is just simply mere words. So the best thing to do is try to get him believe that you really feel very intimate around him coz by the EX factor means there is nothing both of you cant do together. If he is confident you have feelings for him as before then him being a man will definately land him back into your hand. Remember ladies always have the sexual power over men and this means u can seduce him.

Im sorry but the simple answer is no, you cant.
Others have to develope their feeling naturally or they arent true feelings are they.
Just maintain your friendship with him and you never know what the future holds
