I've never heard that one before, but I certainly wouldn't take any chances on a rumor like that being true. If you are ovulating and the sperm is inside you I think you can get pregant, pool or no. Sounds like a myth made up by guys who don't want to wear a condom. In any case, why take the chance? You should make him wear a condom, even if you don't get pregnant, you still put yourself at risk for an STD.
