Well technically yes you can. But more generally no.
Go and look up a chart of your digestive tract.
If you are having anal sex then he is sticking it up where your poo comes from. There is no way that sperm can get from there into your vagina, or you'd be pooing out your vagina too.
He can however give you diseases, and if he has any sore spots or little nicks or cuts on him then obviously he can get quite nasty stuff from your poo in there.
HOWEVER!!!
If you are having anal sex and some of the sperm comes out of your arse, or he's not inside when he comes, it can get onto the mouth of your vagina, and then yes, it is very possible to get pregnant.
This is why, if your boyfriend EVER has his penis out, and you are not wearing thick jeans at the time, YOU PUT A CONDOM ON IT!!!
You are very young so I hope you are not considering sex. It's just not worth the risks, ever.
