writes:okay so i am 16 and i am quite grown up for my age like i go clubbin i drink i am freinds with older peaple and i have done drugs like twice! I lie an awfull lot to my mum i do it basically everyday and i know it is really bad but something happened and i am trying to decide if i tell her or not?right so i sort of did things with a 23 year old when i was 15! but i didnt want to it wasa mistake and now i am in a situation were i saw him and he has a baby thats 1 ear old and a girlfreind that he has been with for 3 years and this happened like 2 months ago!but i didnt have sex with him but i have been told that he is ridddled whith std's and i was wondering if on oral sex could you catch them? and can enything happen if like sperm gets around a girls parts? i am soo confused what on earth do i doo?

 It's not as common, but yes. You can get STDs from oral sex. This isn't a problem with that. It's more that you shouldn't lie to your mom and put yourself in dangerous situations, like going out drinking and having sex with older men.

 Doing drugs, clubbing, and lying doesn't make you grown up, dear. That only comes when you're indepedent with your own sense of values and integrity. Before engaging in sexual activity, you should do your research. You should know your partner VERY well and you should know the risks of sex. The answer you're looking for is yes. Sperm and pre-cum carry STDs, and there are tiny cavities in your teeth which allow them into your bloodstream. Herpes especially is contracted this way (there's no cure for that one). HIV too can be contracted through oral sex. Oh and a disease that a condom can't protect you from is HPV, skin to skin contact during sex contacts this and it leads to various sorts of cancer, infertility, and birth defects in babies. No cure. If you insist on giving oral sex to men you don't know, make them wear condoms or wear mouthguards. And I strongly hope that you get tested so you can properly treated if you do have an STD.  First of all, you sound very immature for your age. You drink, go clubbing, and do drugs? Not to mention, you have sex with 23 year olds? That's pretty gross. Yes, you can get incurable, lifelong STD's from oral sex, and yes, you can get pregnant and/or infected with something if his sperm gets around your "areas". You shouldn't lie to your mom, and you should grow up and have some respect for yourself.
