I know this sounds crazy and everything, and no, I wasn`t drunk or high (I know there will be answers like that!). I was feeling very anxious for several hours and then all of the sudden the feeling went away and I felt really calm. Is this even possible and has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

We agree he transmits and i seem to be the one who recieves...
but so does my mother.. I was kissing a boy when i was ohhh sooooo young like 16 :)and i sort of fell off a six foot wall knocked myself out split my head open 3am morning and mum woke up shouting my name and holding her head AT 3 ISH. When i came round from been knocked out i was holding my head as it was bleeding. Did'nt feel that so much as i had had a wee tiple that night.
There are many strange forces at work that we never understand, but very interesting.
Notice a connection of TIME 3 Ish..both you and me...there is something about a veil that lifts at the TIME 3 between heaven and hell....or so they say.

Not so long ago (I'm talking a couple of weeks here) I woke up very abruptly at 5am with a sense of dread. I couldn't get back to sleep at all so put a film on. At 6am i had a text from my ex saying that at 5am a stolen truck had hit his car and had rammed it up his drive into the side of his flat!! He was fine but the car was written off.
Maybe that's why i woke up, but I'll never know for sure. Could be just a massive coincidence!!!

No one call tell you it is 100% possible or 100% impossible. There just aren't a correct answer for that one.
Dreams are truly odd and honestly who knows how our mind works when it comes to dreams. I really wouldn't fret about it.
I would however keep a dream journal, they can be hilarious to dig through years later.

Sometimes dreams can feel very vivid and real and evoke very strong emotions, but that doesn't mean it has anything to do with real life events.

I'm not going to sit and tell you that yes you deffinately know something happened to what you want to call your soul mate because nobody can know that for sure.
But i do believe the universe is a strange place and gut feeling can be worth a lot. there are many other reasons you could wake up anxious too but honestly there is no right answer anyone can know.
