Ok you can only catch a sexually transmitted disease if one person involved has a disease. Therefore if both of you are sure you dont have one (they are often symptom-free so you need to be 100% certain) then NO you cannot get a disease and neither can your girlfriend.
STD's are normally transmitted through sexual intercourse however it is possible to catch some through oral sex too. I am guessing that aged 15 you are both still virgins, therefore the chances of you having a disease are nearly none existent. If you are really worried by this then go see your doctor, they will be able to give you some advice.
