Although good quality "urine" pregnancy tests are very accurate, they can be wrong sometimes so your first action must be to visit a doctor to have a blood test for pregnancy if you haven't already done this. Is a blood test what you mean by a "hospital test"? Blood tests are rarely wrong.

Explain all your symptoms to the doctor as some of them could indicate a thyroid problem or an infection as well.

If you are getting severe abdominal pain or have pain in your shoulder and a high fever you should go to hospital straight away.

thatgothgirl20 agony auntUrine pregnancy tests can be wrong. If you drink too much water before taking the test, it can become diluted. As far as blood tests go, that would have had to be a mistake on the hospital's part.

Go to the doctor as you might have an infection instead, though.

You're periods would not come at al if you were but there is bleeding during pregnancy that can be mistaken for one.

Home pregnancy test can be wrong. False negatives are a lot more common than false positives. I would go to the doctor and tell them what's wrong becuase there is such a thing as a "tubal pregnancy" in which the egg in implanted in the falopian tube instead of the utuerus and i'm not sure if these show up on tests. But they're extrememly dangerous to have.

Also, you may get your thyroid checked. Now, i couldn't see anythign until about five momths along and i never stopped fitting into my pants, so i don't think that at three months, you should be too big for your clothing. Are you sure you're not eating much? Maybe you don't realize because you're so nervouse? Have you stopped regular activity?

It's highly unlikely that the hospital tests are wrong, as in, i don't think they are ever wrong.

You also need to get an STI/STD etc. test done to make you're clean of those.

Goodluck.. look for more than just pregnancy. This may be more of a health concern.
