A male reader, M.Morgan United Kingdom +, writes (3 September 2009):

M.Morgan agony auntyes stress can be a very powerful thing over your emotions, i have experienced stress an awfull lot and i found that it brought me down and i had a low opinion of myself and like you i thought my fiancee was maybe cheating on me and all along i just needed some me time to get my head in gear and calm down. Stress can make you parraniod and insecure so the best bet is to do some meditation or some thing that you can relate to that releases the stress. I hope this is helpful.

M Morgan.
