 I would find this highly unlikely, but if he were to cum around the vagina area then there is a chance that you can become pregnant. Sperm can only live in the open air for a few hours.. Dependant on room temparture and the surroudings but in general not very long. It can however live inside the woman for up to seven days. I would not think that if a man were to come on your skin that it would be able to travel to your vagina and live. Unless he was incredibly near your vagina, I guess in the remotest form and the extremist but unlikley it may happen, if it were around your inner thigh area, but i very very much doubt it.

 If sperm get, say, on the inside of the thigh, or on the outside of the vagina, yes..it's been known to happen...but if it's not even in the area close to your vagina, like...on your chest or something...no.
