I am a health and pregnancy specialist for my day job. There are a few things that need to be said about this question.
- Sperm does not travel through fabrics
- Headaches and nosebleeds are not a sign of pregnancy
- You do not need to go to the doctors, you need to go to a sexual health clinic or a nurse to learn about sex.
- From what you have communicated in this question and your responses it is clear you know very little about sex/sexual activities so should not be engaging in them. Learn first, do later when you are better informed.

It's not like an infection where just being near it can be enough to get you pregnant. Precum does not contain sperm unless he ejaculated since last urinating and there's usually so little of it that without penetration occurring, there's no possible way for this to happen. Just touching genitals through clothes cannot get you pregnant.Sperm are cells, they aren't tadpoles. They have no muscles, they have no thoughts, they only respond to chemical cues that exist inside the vagina. These little things that can't move at all outside of a very specific fluid (semen or vaginal) would have to, without fluid present since he didn't ejaculate, pass through his underwear, your tights, your underwear, which will all act like sponges pulling the fluids to other parts of the underwear making it hard to leave the spongey material, three times, then leap the space between your underwear and your vagina, navigate through both sets of labia, and find its way up your vaginal canal, and that's assuming you're even ovulating within the next few days. Not to mention the fact that he didn't ejaculate means that there's almost no chance there was even sperm present, and most sperm produced are not viable. There's really no chance that you got pregnant. Take some deep breaths.I think it would be a good idea for you to read through the website I'm linking below to read up a bit more. It's good when you actually start having sex to be concerned and always use a condom, but until you're actually having intercourse, you really can't get pregnant unless he ejaculates directly onto your vulva.http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/birth-control-4211.htm

Just take it to your local Practicioner as too many Aunts and advice is having you confused and we are not HELPFUL, we are making it worse.HEAD TO THE DOCTORS ASAP!!! He/She can educate you and show you what sperm looks like and tell you that it may be highly unlikely to get pregnant if sperm lands outside of the vagina but the POSSIBILITY is still present.

Sperm are not like fish, they really don't move a whole lot. They can only travel through vaginal fluid, and it still takes them a long time. If they land outside the vaginal canal, they can't get to it. Sperm can only move through fabric in the sense that if you try to use fabric as a condom, it isn't going to to work because if it's already in your vagina, it's possible for some to leak through. But just ejaculating on your thigh or something, it's impossible unless you touch it before it dries then insert your fingers into your vagina.Did he actually ejaculate or are you concerned about pre-cum?

I imagine the headaches and nosebleeds are simply from stress. They certainly wouldn't be pregnancy signs at this stage anyway (I'm assuming a few days after event here). If you are as seriously worried as you say you are then go to a doctor and if you are still within the timeframe you could maybe take some sort of emergency contraception, although I don't know if a doctor would consider it necessary in this situation. Please go and get some contraception though so you don't have to put yourself through this again. It's totally needless if you just use a bit of basic forethought next time.

So that you have this fear of being pregnant and its so compelling; your brain is telling your body to 'produce' such symptoms that you are pregnant. All pregnancy tests 'read' better AFTER a missed period. Home pregnancy tests indeed fall into this category.Seeking a doctor to test for pregnancy is ALWAYS the best avenue. The doctor can address your concerns, educate you on how pregnancy works, address your sperm fears, and also equip you with the PROPER preventive aids and education so when you are engaged in sexual intercourse- you can arm yourself against unwanted pregnancy and STIs.So please, see a doctor ASAP and have all your worries, concerns, fears addressed.

As Chi stated, if the sperm dries up, they die.If you ever continue playing russian roulette and make it to the no clothes stage- you definitely risk pregnancy should any sperm land outside of the vagina as sperm are swimmers and have the goal to swim to the egg, and yes, women have conceived this way before without the penis penetrating the vaginal area.So do play it safe and have on hand, condoms and spermicides to avoid unwanted pregnancy and unwanted STIs.

Hey OP I'm sure you've no need to be worried in this case, but why don't you think about starting some sort of contraceptive pill so that just in case this happens again you will you're safe (although the pill doesn't protect from STIs of course).Chigirl is right; knowledge is a great tool, and with something like sex, where the consequences can be so big, the more you know then the more in control you will be. Try not to get into situations like this unless you know what's going to happen.

trishy909 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI wish you knew what I'm feeling. Some people says its possible...especially if there's a lot of heat, which was there. Thanks though...I think I'll sleep feeling better...I still want to take a pregnancy test though. How long after the incident should I take the test? Oh and I've been having these pregnancy signs like headaches and nosebleeds...what's up with that?

Do you have any books at the library about sperm and sex? If so read them, because knowledge will make you feel more safe. But yes, I am sure. Sperm does not travel through fabric, especially not two sets. When sperm dries it also dies. Fabric will dry it up, besides making it physically difficult to "pass" through. Sperm isn't nano-robotics after all. Sperm only travel inside of the body through the bodily fluids, and you can only get pregnant if this sperm is inserted in your vagina.

No. Sperm does not pass through underwear. Sperm dies within minutes when outside of the human body as well.
