But a week ago, my boyfriend told me that he has cheated on me, that he was still in love with me but that he was also falling in love with this other girl. Can someone really love more than one person?(I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm from Germany)

It is possible to be in lust with more than one person, but true love is a conscious decision to be worthy of love, it is putting the other person's needs above our own most of the time, and it is about commitment and that would not include falling for someone else.
He isn't in love with you and he isn't in love with her, he is an immature boy that is letting his feelings of infatuation and lust sway him like a feather in the wind.
Don't waste your time trying to figure this one out, just decide to exit the realtionship until and if when he makes his decision about the two of you. Better to be single than to be coupled and unhappy and cheated on.
