 Oral just means the mouth, so it is performing sexual activities with your mouth on your partners genitals.
As for the sex from the backside? If you mean, the woman is kneeling on all fours and the man is behind her that is called doggy-style. Although it may well have a different name in your language.

 That is a rather broad topic to address in one sitting. Oral sex is fellatio (sexual stimulation or copulation using and/or with the womans mouth), cunnilingus (oral stimulation of the woman's vulva, notably the clitoris, using the tongue and lips), and there are variations as well as anal stimulation with the tongue, etc. Basically, those are the primary forms of oral sex.
