For over a month i have also started smoking and this has made my breasts even more smaller. I hardly have a cleavage now. Does smoking make you breasts smaller and if so, how do i make them get back to normal??thanks!!

Probably.
Smoking has lots of effects, one of the most common is it supresses your appetite, so you eat less, lose some weight, some weight comes off your boobs, so.......your boobs get smaller.
And you're living proof.
Another reason to stop smoking. But carry on if you can think of ONE good reason to continue smoking.
