Why are you interested in whether she is a virgin or whether she got an STD?
It sounds like this girl has been through a terrible ordeal. How is her mental health? Does she needs counselling, care or support?
What is your relationship to her? Your question is a bit odd, out of context.

Without vaginal penetration she is still, in the traditional sense, a virgin.
It is possible for her to have an STD from other acts such as oral or anal sex.

You should deal with it very sensitively and she probably needs counseling/therapy to get over the trauma.

Are you thinking about marriage or just wish to have sex with her?
