Diet can affect them, weight gain, dairy, caffeine & high fat foods will make them swell. Weight gain will ha e the biggest effect. Just leave them be- I'm sure they're fine the way they are.

 No, it can't. I think rather than plastic surgery you should consider talking to a therapist about why you are so "obsessed" with breast size. If your ex loves to grope them, clearly they are big enough/nice looking.

 Actually, you can affect the size of your boobs by eating too much red meat. The hormones that farmers feed the cattle does actually affect your breast tissue. It also affects your FAT and your cholesterol as well - so you will ALSO gain weight around your middle and affect your overall health in order to augment your breast size; BUT your breasts will increase a bit.
SERIOUSLY - I would get a breast enlargement before I considered eating red meat every SINGLE day.
In the long run, the size of your boobs have little or no effect on your general life happiness! Really! I suggest meditation and reflection on what YOU wish to bring INTO your life in order to be happy. Boob size generally has little or nothing to do with this...

And only small boobs can swell while aroused. Your guy will love to look at them, because when you get swollen you send him visual signals that tell him you want him and you are aroused for him.
The fact that your ex played with them a lot proves the fact that they are beautiful.
I can't understand why is every girl thinking of surgery these days?

 Your body is a product of genetics, and nothing natural except exercise is likely to change it. Well, of course, you can overeat and get fat, But no, sex will not make your boobs shrink.
