 Sex in the shower cannot hurt your baby but be VERY careful you don't slip. Also be careful that water washes away your natural lubrication so ask him to take things gently.

 You're absolutely fine. Sex - ANY sex, as well as sex in the shower is harmless to your baby.
So have fun with all those orgasms during your pregnancy (there are theories to women who have active sex lives during pregnancy having easier birthing experiences. Just a theory though. And this statement is based on the assumption that you ARE having orgasms when having sex).
