Can reconstruction take place here?

Question - (5 July 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 5 July 2009)
A male United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

About a year and a half ago i had a cyst removed from my foreskin below the frenulum. It has healed quite well but i am regretting having it done as i have lost all feeling in my most sensitive part - my frenulum. I don't enjoy masturbation as much and have developed a bit of an inferiority complex when it comes to sexual interaction (i find it difficult to keep hard - hopefully this isn't to do with the lack of nerves :s) and it bothers and upsets me and i feel unsatisfied in general in this area. Is there anything i can do? does anyone have ant similar experiences? and finally is there any way nerve reconstruction can take place as i feel part of me is missing :(

Many thanks

This is something you really need to speak with your doctor about - you can always search medical websites for some information to put your mind at ease until you can see as doctor.
