 It could conceivably trickle down to her vagina, but it's pretty unlikely. However, even if she can't get pregnant and you're both STI free, you should use condoms for anal sex for sanitary reasons. It's just asking for a urinary tract infection (e.coli in your urethra), which can be serious.
