 The short answer to your question is yes, she can get pregnant. Even a laboratory test might not tell the complete story of exactly what was going on down there while the two of you were doing it.
Be on the safe side. If you're going to be sexually active, ALWAYS use protection. A condom is better than nothing. Combine it with another method or two (like the pill, or even just pulling out) to add another layer of protection, no matter how large or small it might be. The only 100% guaranteed method, of course, is not to have sex at all.
You're lucky so far. You've been playing a game called "baby roulette". Keep it up and there will be a brand new term for you, daddy. Think about it.

You may know that you can not "ejaculate" yet, but that does not mean you are not producing sperm and that there is none leaving your penis whilst you are having sex.
There's such a thing as pre-cum, this is where sperm comes out of your penis before you climax.
