A 'slow passionate' orgasm seems like a bit of an oxy-moron, because when I think of "passion" I think of things that move much faster, which wouldn't make them exactly slow. Sometimes when my b/f is about to...you know...he tells me to quit moving so he can feel it better. But it just seems anti-climatic when he orgasms this way. I'm like, did you do it?....Is it over with?....However, if I keep my hips moving in spite of his request, his orgasm is much more volitile and he sometime screams with pleasure. So I personally think the latter is much more exciting for both of us, but I'm not a man so I may need to be enlightened a bit here. (I really hate to ask him, he gets embarrassed).

Slow passionate sex is a slow build up. It also allows for "more" to be built up. It's like packing a suitecase. Sure you can get some stuff in there if just stuff it in there REALLY fast. But you won't get much in there. But if you take your time to pack the suitcase, you get more in there. Same is with cumming. His orgasm will be harder and longer.
Why do you ask?

A definite yes to the first question, and a definite "we can ejaculate even more, and much, much more pleasurably" to the second.
