tennisstar88 agony auntYour weight usually fluctuates 5-10 pounds anyway..your a cheerleader so start increasing your cardio to a minimum of 4-5 times a week. Being funny either you are or you aren't, being naturally pretty..your looks will change as you get older just keep your makeup simple and natural highlighting your best features, skinny I would stay in cheerleading and eat healthy. To be flirty, make sure to smile a lot, laugh at their jokes, a little touching of them on the arm, and a lot of eye contact. Clothes, this is my speciality..dress in something you like be you have to be comfortable..shop at stores such as Forever 21, Deliah's, Papaya, and Charlotte Russe these stores located in a mall hopefully near you have a wide variety of styles to choose from and are all reasonably priced. Good skin care products, at your age I used Clean & Clear has these blotting sheets you can stick in your purse and you them throughout the day if your face gets shiny. Biore has nose strips for those pesky little blackheads on your face. Aveeno has a really good moisturizer. Face wash girls either used Noxema or Neutrogena, you honestly can't go wrong with them. Toner my favorite is Proactiv's toner for my breakouts. Sephora is also one of my favorite places for beauty products, but they are a little pricey. It really is a trial and error finding the right beauty products for you, do save your receipt just in case it doesn't work on you or don't like it. Most places have a really good return policy with those items. Hope my recommendations helped.

A female reader, romany United Kingdom +, writes (26 August 2010):

romany agony auntI think cheerleading will get you noticed, and 5lbs will come off, (if you have 5lbs of fat to lose) if you eat properly, 3 balanced healthy meals, stay away from crisps, (potato chips) chocolate and chips, (french fries)etc, and drink loads of water, and step up your excercise, at 125lbs, there is no reason to diet, and your body will just take it back as soon as you start eating normally again.

Water will also help with your skin, a good regime for someone your age, is to cleanse, tone and moisturise morning and night, alot of people think that moisturiser isn't necessary as your skin is oily, but oil and moisture are two different things, In the UK, we have a product called simple, which is ideal for young skin, i'm sure you have a similar product in the USA, or find a regime with natural products, but try and stay away from witch hazel, and other astringent ingrediants, as these can actually make your skin produce too much oil, in places that don't need it. If you suffer with pimples, then buy a spot stick, and only apply to spot to dry them out, do not squeeze them, if a spot is ready to pop, you can apply pressure either side to remove head, but i'd not advise it, cleansing, toning and spot stick will rid it, but that is the safer way, never hack at spot. Blackheads will lessen as your regime gets underway, you can also buy blackhead strips, which are easy to use, I think your never too young to start a good skin care regime, I started at 13, and people cant believe i'm a grandma now.

As for being funny, you can't blag that, you are what you are, if you try and be something your not, it will come across as false, we all have humour in us, some can tell jokes some can't, so dont try and be funny, you'll probably find you say the funniest things when you've not thought about it.

Flirty is something that happens naturally when you see someone you like, sometimes its hindered by embarrassement, but if your feeling good about yourself, then it will come naturally.

As for cute clothes, look around at other girls, when you see something that you think you'd be comfortable in, take note, dont copy, but use it as a guideline.

As for being liked, again that is something you can't push, just be yourself, smile lots, dont force yourself upon people, and dont try and impress people with outlandish lies, be sincere and genuine and consistent.

Purposely changing your demeanor aint gonna work and you'll come across false, weird and probably make you the opposite of what you want, so just be yourself.

Good luck.

Romany.

Buttercup 89 agony auntFirst off i don't think you need to lose weight just maybe eat

a healthy balanced diet and exercise everyday ... secondly what would make you a more attractive person is just plain and simple to be yourself accept who you are be happy with how you look just be yourself you need to learn to relax and enjoy yourself instead of trying to be someone your not that is what will get yourself noticed being you ! good skincare products that i would recommend are the dermalogica range and la roche posay range both have done amazing things to my skin .. good luck :D
