I've talked to him a few times, but only passing comments, if that makes sense. I think he might like me too but I have no way of knowing that, and I'm always paranoid that I'm jumping to conclusions. We've held eye-contact before and it left me completely breathless...I'm not sure if that's because of my feelings for him alone or because of a connection we've made....Would it be smart to just walk up to him and say something to the effect of "I can't stop thinking about you?" If so, is there a way of saying something like that without sounding...well, completely disturbing like it would if I said "I can't stop thinking about you?" Reply to this Question Share |

Try "Hi, How's it going? We've never really been introduced, I'm Emily."
Take it from there.
Good Luck!! xx

Nor is it a social situation if he is a supervisor at a workplace. And if he is married, it is a definite "no" in any situation.

Hm! Maybe you could say something more subtle to test the waters first. Do you know if he has a woman in his life? We don't want to get caught up in something like that now! Are you too shy to ask him out on a date? like a movie or a theatre kinda date? I think "I've been thinking of you" may be a little too sudden, and you don't want him to resemble a dear caught in headlights when you spill your heart. Maybe try something like "Did you see (Insert movie here) yet? I heard it's really good but can't seem to find anyone to go with me"
