reader, anonymous, writes (14 January 2010): I have the same problem. I used bleach for years and it always burned my skin. I would invest in the "No No". It doesn't remove the hair permanently but will over time reduce the darkness and thickness of the hair. In the mean time, you will use it at least twice a week and have hairless arms. You can find it as Sephora.
