This is a good resource:http://aids.about.com/cs/womensresources/a/pregnancy.htmIt lists the chances of transmitting HIV to a child as 1 in 4 (25%) without treatment, but says you can reduce the risk to about 2-3% with treatment. Treatment includes taking the necessary medications, having a C-section, and not breast-feeding (because breast milk can transmit the virus).Good Luck
