It still hurts if I put a pad on the floor or do sit ups on a bed. I'm 5'4" and weigh around 115 lbs usually. I've recently been to the doctor and after feeling my tailbone she said everything was normal but she had me do an x-ray just in case. Everything still shows up normal. My doctor said that the reason my tailbone hurts is because sometimes skinnier people (or flat-butted people, in other words ha) have less cushioning on their butt so the tailbone takes more of the brunt of the weight. Is there any way that I could make my butt significantly bigger/more cushioned, like exercise or something, to help with this problem? I don't want to gain weight because I like where I'm at now... I just want my butt to be bigger ha. And I don't want to do anything weird like butt implants either. Reply to this Question Share |

Yes you can! Training movements such as squats, deadlifts, and box jumps will add some padding and create a sexy butt. Just google these moves and also try googling Josh Hillis. He has tons of free info and is well known for training both men and women, but is especially popular with turning womens bodies into what they desire, especially in the legs and butt. He has entire articles on this alone.
