If you currently have a UTI or seem to experience recurrent episodes, check out www.cystex.com for up-to-date information about this condition.

And I know that there very painful and uncomfrotable.Basicaly what I do when I feel one coming on is Drink TONS of water or cranberry juice to flush my system. also make sure not to refrain from going to the bathroom when I need to,because this is a reason for a UTI. If your are sexually active ty to go to the bathroom everytime after intercorse because then bacteria cant spread. these are things my doctor told me. good luck! hope you feel better NiCe

Lots of Cranberry juice and cranberry pills, available at drug stores I believe. It's all my friend does and gets over it in a bit. Good luck!
