When I take them I get it, but I have been slackin a few months and then I had sex with my bf and the doc. said it would be 20% chance if I could have a baby. Hope that make more sence.

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible regarding why you don't have a period at 24. I'm quite shocked that you haven't been examined yet. That is very abnormal for you to never have had a period at your age. That is a sign of possible problems; maybe hormonal or physical so get checked. As for being pregnant its highly unlikely if your reproductive system is not functioning properly. But to rule it out, just buy a pregnancy test kit from the drug store.

I'd be more concerned that you haven't had a period yet than that you're pregnant. There could be a hormonal imbalance and you should definitely go have this checked out. Yes, it could be a sign of infertility as well. It's unlikely you're pregnant, but if you are and you have a problem causing you to not have a period then that could affect the pregnancy. You should get yourself to a doctor soon to make sure everything's OK. In the meantime if you're worried you could take a pregnancy test.

Technically if you don't ovulate or have periods, you cannot be pregnant.
I suggest you go to see a doctor about your nauseating problem. It could be some other thing.
The first sign of pregnancy is usually the absence of a period. Other symptoms of pregnancy can include tender breasts, nausea and tiredness but not everybody experiences these.
If you suspect you are pregnant you should take a pregnancy test. This can be done at a clinic, or you can buy a home testing kit from most major supermarkets and pharmacies.
If you use a home test kit it is important to get the result confirmed by your doctor or healthcare professional at a local clinic.

It is possible but does not seem likely if you go by biological facts. Technically if you have never had your period then there has never been an egg released but there are always exceptions. Your best bet is to go talk to your doctor; one so that you can see if you are pregnant and two so that you can see if pregnancy is even a possibilty.
