 As eyeswideopen said- you can't MAKE someone like you. He will either like you or he won't. Looking at your age bracket 13-15, if this is correct, I think setting your sights on a 19 year old lad could cause trouble. It's a bit of a big age gap for someone your age and he may see you as just a "kid".
I'm sorry if that sounded harsh.
If you want to find out if he likes you ask him. There's no better way then that.
