While I resisted comment on this for awhile, because I thought the ladies did a very nice job of giving advice, please allow some additional input.
Penile-vaginal intercourse, in it's many positions, may not always lead to orgasm for the female, as the ladies state, but it kind of depends on the man's expertise and techniques. It also greatly depends on his ability to prolong his ejaculation enough to satisfy the woman. Women usually need much more foreplay, stimulation and activity than men to reach satisfaction.
If a man will employ and adeptly perform oral stimulation to the vulva and clitoris, female orgasms are almost certain every session. Intercourse may then follow to satisfy the male. But even intercourse may be very productive to produce orgasm when certain positions and techniques are applied.
They are too numerous to explain here, but one is what I call "The Angle."
Difficult to describe in words, but in the missionary position, the man must push forward or upward on the woman's body in order to create an extreme "angle" to his penetration into the vagina. If properly done, it provides maximum possible penis stimulation to the clitoris during penetration. The "angle" can approach about a 45 degree insertion, which firmly presses the shaft of the penis against the woman's clitoris in most cases.
Even more clitoral stimulation may be achieved if the man's endowment is above average. If about seven to eight inches or greater, the lady's legs may be placed fairly close together, and with him above and his legs placed outside her legs, the clitoral stimulation increases while still maintaining penetration. He must insert and stroke while strongly forcing his entire body forward toward her upper body. It takes some practice but is very effective. Occasional "fallout" may occur in this position, but it is extremely enjoyable for the lady especially. Learn this and other similar techniques, and orgasms will likely be constantly enjoyed.
