If you had any idea of how paranoid most women are about some aspect of their body you wouldn't be worried! Most likely the woman you were with would be thinking something similar about her own body. Most of us mere mortals who are not supermodels have something about ourselves that isn't perfect; (heck even the supermodels do except it gets airbrushed out of the pictures! lol)If she judges you on the size of your balls she is not wirth knowing; there is a fabulous person attatched to those balls and don't you forget it!

 All that Bev has said below is completely accurate and just to add to not take any notice of what 'anonymous' says below. Only extremely shallow women (and would you really want to know one who cared only for the size of your penis or testicles?) think along the lines of 'oh well, his balls might be small but at least his penis is bigger than average, that makes up for it!'
Please don't worry. Not all women think only of what you have to physically offer. The more genuine ones concentrate on what you have to offer emotionally.
We all have concerns about certain parts of our bodies and often we worry so much but no one would even notice what we are concerned about.
You have absolutely nothing to be concerned about.

Men seem to waste enormous amounts of time, concerned about women "laughing" at some aspect of their genitals, but, honestly, women DON'T CARE. A woman who gets affectionate enough with you, and sexually-attracted enough to you t consider sex, and to actually see your scrotum, won't laugh. I can promise this with my hand on my heart.
She won't laugh. She won't comment. She won't care.
Big hairy ones, small tight ones, droopy ones... I've seen a few, and I have never given their size or shape the slightest thought. They're just variations on a theme, in much the same way that people's noses come in a range of shapes. Unless your testicles are green and smell like old cheese, you're worrying needlessly.
Put the shoe on the other foot. You've been looking at other guys' balls (surreptitiously), and mentally comparing them to yours. Have you ever laughed at something you've seen in the showers? Of course you haven't.
And think about this: women have a range of breast sizes, too. Ever pointed and chuckled at a woman you met, because her boobs were a different size or shape? (If you have, you've got 'way more serious problems than I can advise you on...)
Remember: women don't care about the size, shape, length or girth of your privates, as long as you're a fun and careful lover, willing to value her pleasure as much as your own. Focus on that, and don't waste your energy on unnecessary worry.
