He doesn't exactly flirt with me, but he's usually very friendly with me and has been so nice to me ever since I started that school, I know there's probably not any hope for us, so I'd like to know is there anyway to get over him? If there isn't is there a way I can get him to like me.. at least try? Like.. he's so friendly, but I don't think it's flirting, like he'll give me a wink, tell me how good I did in the lesson, asks me if I need help, doesn't make me do homework.. etc, so HELP.

It sounds like your more infactuated than in love. Its against etical principals for him to get involved with you in that way, he would loose his job.

Not without him getting fired or you getting excluded. I had a friend who had an affair with her teacher. He went to jail, she had to move school. And I also think you're reading too much into his signals too. So I would just leave it.

Having relationships with students is definitely something they are not allowed to do. It is considered unprofessional and a hindrance to the learning environment.
Maybe wait until you're out of school to start up a real friendship with him, rather than asking him to risk his job and livelihood for you.
