Hi well fibroids can lessen your chances of getting pregnant but it doesnt mean that you wont get pregnant again. Some time fibroids can change the shape of your uterus and this can make it harder to get pregnant but your doctor will be able to tell you what your options are and if its likely if you will get pregnant again, so you would really need to talk to him about your individual case.
