You should see your gynecologist, but I don't think there is anything abnormal about your discharge. If it doesn't itch, burn and no odor is present, it's just your body going through puberty. I had a lot of white discharge as a teenager and it finally lessened as my body matured. I don't think you should worry, but going to the doctor can't hurt.

Over the counter medicines are safe, not everyone experiences the itching or burning either. I got them frequently during my reproductive years, go get the medicine. For years you had to have a prescription for it, now it is deemed safe enough for pharmacy shelves.

Using antibiotics over the counter for a problem that has not been diagnosed as a yeast infection is not advisable. There may be something else going on, and you also increase the chances of making the yeast that live naturally in your vagina resistant to that antibiotic. Seek medical advice if you are concerned about the problem.

i thought it was produced by the vagina (vaginal discharge) and the colour/consistency varies over the cycle. Search on google for vaginal discharge and in colour list it will include colour to look for in the case of a yeast infection.

It's thrush (yeast infection). There is over the counter medicine for it, go get some.
