writes: I'm having trouble getting onto my yahoo email account.After i sign in,the screen freezes,and a sign comes up saying " restore your last session " and says that my last session timed out.Then another sign comes up saying " Internet explorer error report " and something like " windows has to close.We're sorry for any inconvenience ",and it says " send error report " and " dont send " at the bottom .Could anyone please tell me how to fix this problem ?.Thanks very much. It's your computer that has the problem.
Try emptying out your cookies, and doing a full virus check and restart the computer.
