I want to be able to talk to them no problem. But I find it so difficult. Can anyone give me advice on how to make it easier to talk to them? It's like any guy I talk to I can't speak or say something stupid can anyone help?

i used to be exactly the same, it just takes a while to build your confidence and be comfortable with boys, just try making little conversations at first then expand them the more confident you get, maybe just text boys at first then you might be more comfortable with them face to face, it will just take some time just try not too get too embarresed sometimes boys feel exactly the same way!

Don't put yourself under pressure; start small and go out with a mixed group of friends or something where you can exchange a few casual words with the guys. Talk about generic things or stuff you're interested in and you'll find it'll be easier to carry on a conversation. You might not feel like you're overcoming your shyness at first because it'll be hard to initiate talking in the beginning, but the more you do it the more confident and comfortable you'll become over time.
Try not to overthink it, darling. I was exactly the same at your age, and I don't think there are many girls (and boys too, of course!) who haven't felt like this at some point during their teens. You'll grow out of it, I promise you... but in the meantime, just relax, be yourself, and don't forget to smile :) Good luck and take care x
