I do not want to speculate or discuss the various possibilities, BUT do get medical attention a.s.a.p.

Well unfortunately because it says your age is 10 to 12 then there is not a lot you can do. It's because you are a child and your body is not ready for sex yet so you have probably bruised your insides and damaged the bit where you pee. It will all heel up in time though so you'll just have to wait a while till it's better.
This will hopefully put you off having sex again till you are 16 or 17. Most girls will get fingered and other stuff for years before their first time so it doesn't hurt so much. Plus the fact that at 16 you are just larger down there in the same way you have bigger boobs and a foot more in height.
Take Ibuprophen pain killers. You can buy them from the supermarket / chemist / boots for about 30p if you don't get the name brand ones. But always read the leaflet and don't take too many.
Good Luck!! xx

It sounds like your pain is caused by a urinary tract infection. This means that your urethra, 'waterpipe', which is next to your vagina, got bruised by your partner's penis during sex and is infected. You need to go to the doctor, who will do a urine test, and get antibiotics. If you leave this untreated the bacteria could attack your kidneys and make you really ill. If you continue to have sex at an age when your body is too underdeveloped to be ready you'll probably get this again. I'm very concerned about your situation and suggest that you contact a counselling service for young people, like childline [0800 1111], to talk about it.
