But the dentist will make you a tray that fits your teeth and you put the gel on for seven days, eight hours a day (usually when you sleep). MY GOD, my teeth were SOOO white. It was the best thing. It's been ten years since I last used it and my teeth are STILL white. Only side effect is irritation of the gums. But it goes away and its worth it.And just so you know, I had ZOOM, done about a couple years ago. That is another whitening procedure you get at the dentist. It only takes two hours. It is costlier and it SUCKS.

However a few weeks later they had returned to their natural colour, I dont think drinking Coffee & Cola helped either (n). Talk to your dentist & ask advice on whitening products & be persistant about having braces put on :) Its worth it in the end :)

I agree with Daniel; however you could try brushing with bicarbonate of soda a few times a week. This tends to help most people. Check with your dentist first though!
Hope this helps,

If your teeth are naturally yellow, whitening is not a good option.
Dentists have procedures to whiten your teeth. I suppose this is the best option. There are also some whitening toothpastes, but I think the dental procedure is best.
