 Not really no, lots of homo-phobes I suspect of having gay fantasies, else why obsess so much about it, but for him to be in love with you in a romantic sense he can't be 100% straight as you claim.
Few people are of course 100% straight, humans are far more complex than that.
Make sure he ain't just playing with you or you could get really hurt but if he is not that kind, well go with the flow. Yes he might not continue through with his feelings but if you don't try you will never know.

Jes is verified as being by the original poster of the question Yes! he does know I am gay! HE says he loves me and it's quite sincere though but it's impossible to happen right? He says if only I am a girl, he wants me to be his gf like that. But of course I cannot be his gf, Im not a girl.
