Its just me and my bf were talking about is the other night and I said I bet he (ok not him specifically, just men in general), their little member would be like "oh girl, girl girl, *stands tall*" and he said it wouldn't. reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2008): Of course it can! Particularly in us younger guys. Hell when the hormones are raging a brush against a wall can be enough! It's a lot less likely if he's just talking or something in a school environment and his mind is nowhere near that stuff, but you don't know what he's been thinking about 30 secs before. And if it's at a party or something and he's had a bit of poison and she's being a bit playful then her looks are almost irrelevant!
From a biological perspective, it's not only possible but likely for it to happen. The pheromones the girl gives off (especially during some times in her cycle), the stage the guy is at in puberty (hence how much testosterone is pumping through his system), and the fact that physical contact is being made between a man and a woman is definitely enough to make him get an erection
