Yes, you can still catch a disease. Don't worry about sounding lame or anything, its something you need to know. I am bisexual also. But, yes you can. You get it from blood, sperm from men and our vaginal fluids.

Of course you can get and transmit diseases with lesbian sex, in fact lesbian sex can be even more dangerous because no condoms are used. It's very important that you know your partner extremely well and that hopefully she is honest about her health. But on the plus side, you won't get pregnant.
