 You cannot get morning sickness maybe you have got a tummy bug. I sugest that you go and get STI tested as there may be a risk that you have caught and infection or deciese through unprotected sex. Always wear a condom and get tested reguarly.

 It sounds like you are sick to your stomach with worry. You are probably creating all of this in your head, but to answer your question - you can not get morning sickness on behalf of your girlfriend. You're sick all on your own. And as for your kidneys... I really think it's another symptom of you worrying. If you are super concerned for your health, go to your doctor, but I think that a negative pregnancy test will cure you just fine.
