Condoms shouldn't hurt, but rarely people have a latex allergy which can make the whole area sting a lot (you can get non-latex condoms on mail order). I agree with Lisa about using lubricant if it hurts BUT be careful what you use because oil-based creams and ointments can break down the materials used to make condoms thus rendering them more likely to break. So remember water-based lubricants only!

use alot of lub because if you dont it can hurt after awhile, sometimes maybe trying different types of condoms are fun and also a good way of finding what is more comfortable for the two of you, you can get studded condoms, flavoured, ice, ribbed, vibrating condoms you can even get glow in the dark condoms not that will make much of a difference to the pain factor.

You should also know if its your first time it probably wont feel that great anyways, most girls experience pain and bleeding. Its worth it though. I'd use a condom just because you never know who your partner has slept with. Good Luck

It shouldn't if used correctly. Make sure you use a water based lubricant (KY jelly) and not vaseline if you need help.
As for the pleasure thing - do you know what you will go thru in a GUM clinic if you catch an STD? Remener that and make sure he covers up.
