You would be committing a crime and while you say he's not a paedo that is in fact what he would be considered as you having cam sex with him is considered child pornography.
Feel free to do what you like, just know that an 18 year old guy asking a 16 year old girl to play with herself on camera is technically and in the eye's of the law a paedophile and can be prosecuted as such, believe it or not you too can be charged with creation and distribution of child pornography. A girl was charged with 'sexting' and she was 17.

1 - You don't know he's genuine. You think you do, but he may very well not be. You're in Britain, so you'll have heard about the few girls who have started doing this, then ended up either hurt or dead.
2 - This is something that could get around the internet.

 You many not have noticed, but there are thousands of recorded cam sessions posted on various websites. They do seem to have a way of ending up public. Keep that in mind. If you really want to do this, make sure that your face never gets into the frame during any part of the time your cam is on.
