I have read a lot of posts over the years from women who said they learned how to perform oral sex by practicing on their brother. Sometimes it happened when they accidentally walked in on their brother masturbating, and were so mesmerized by the sight that they asked him questions about it, and it led to the girl either masturbating her brother or performing oral sex on him. Some girls said they just went to their brother and asked him if he would teach her how to perform oral sex on a boy, so that when they got a boyfriend, they'd know what to do. I saw reference to a survey somewhere that said that 15 percent of college women had some kind of consensual experience with their brother, and 10 percent said it was enjoyable for them. So it happens more often than people think. I think is has become more common today because oral sex has become a rite of passage for girls in middle school today, and many feel the pressure to perform it the "right" way so that boys will like them. Most of the posts I've read from women said the experience was helpful to them in gaining sexual confidence, and they suffered no negative repercussions from it. So like I said, it happens more often than people think.

But no charges were vere brought because it was kept secret. She was my friend and happened to just spill it to me one night a few years after it had happened.But it does exist and because it is illegal and frowned upon noone admits or discusses it.

Hmm...I think it's probably a weird fetish you stumbled upon and I am guessing a lot of it is fake stores for those who have fetishes.
The internet, when it comes to sex, is really not a reliable source as it is full of strange fetish things.
I doubt this happens much at all.

There is a ton of fantasy stuff on the internet, as the fantasy appears to be a common one.
