Also, what made you think about leaving him? Do you have feelings for someone else, as you said 'find new people'?
Was he your actual boyfriend or were you two just dating?
Do you feel sick when you think about him, because if you do its probably missing him?
Tell him how you feel, not us? Do you feel like you still love him?

 Can you provide a lot more information? There are a lot of questions I have.
1. Why did you tell him to let go and find new people? What caused you to have that conversation in the first place?
2. Why have you tried to leave him multiple times? You're 13-15. Does he already have a girlfriend? Is he cheating on her? What's the story?
3. What was your relationship with JD? You said you were friends for months and you've dated? Was he your boyfriend? Friend with benefits? Casual dating? have you two slept together?
See, there are a lot of things missing in order to answer you correctly. So can you give us a lot more info?
