If your implants were inserted via an under breast incision you should be able to breast feed (although the size of the implant can restrict the milk ducts in some women)
If your implants were inserted through the areola (the dark tissue around the nipple)then there is a high chance that the milk ducts will have be severed or partially severed and breast feeding will not be possible.
Speak to your surgeon to find out how the implants were sited. You can also get advice from your midwife or obstetrician.

It all depends on how your implants were done from what I have heard - I would talk to plastic surgeon who is putting the implants in.

Some women can, some women can't. I don't think there's any way to know until you try it though.
