We both do not have any STD's or any of that kind of stuff.I'm asking this question on his behalf (he doesn't like to seek out help with personal problems) but he doesn't mind if I do some research and tell him what I find. What happens is that sometimes (not all the time) after we have sex, his penis feels weird. He describes it as how it feels when you get a little bit of soap up in your urethra during a shower and such.He never experiences any discomfort during sex or ejaculation. The feeling just comes a couple of minutes after ejaculation and hangs around for about 15 minutes. When I googled it, I couldn't find much on it so we decided to try and figure it out ourselves. I told him he should try and see how different it feels if he urinates before sex, after, or both. The results are scattered and we still haven't figured out the cause or a remedy. Is this normal? How can he prevent it?Thanks in advance :)

I asked my boyfriend about this and he says this is really common for guys, and he just needs to urinate to get rid of it. Semen is a really basic substance so it burns a bit. Urinating both pushes out all the semen and neutralizes the pH of the urethra. Just have him pee immediately after sex.
